A refund promise about the work, not the outcome.
I control the reading, the evidence, and the date. I do not control Google. This policy covers the part I control, in language specific enough to use.
The short version
If I deliver late, if a factual finding about your public pages is wrong, or if my written decision is NOT YET, you get the audit fee back. If Google denies an appeal I said was ready to send, that is not a refund event — no one can honestly promise Google's decision.
1. Late delivery — full refund
The delivery date is the business day promised on the tier you bought, counted from the later of (a) cleared payment and (b) a complete intake. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays. If the audit email arrives after that date, you get a full refund, and you keep the audit.
For the $149 Appeal Pack, the first draft is due within two business days of cleared payment. The denial review is due within one business day of you sending Google's reply. Each has its own deadline.
2. A wrong public-page fact — full refund
If I state that a page is missing, contradictory, or insecure, and the page was in fact live, consistent, or secure at the time of the scan, and that error affects a finding or the decision, the audit fee is refunded in full. Tell me within 14 days of delivery and include the URL and what I got wrong. I will check it rather than argue about it.
This covers factual errors about public pages. It does not cover a disagreement about judgment, such as whether a finding is serious enough to delay an appeal. If the judgment is supported by the evidence, it is not a factual error.
3. “Not yet” — the audit is free
If the written decision is NOT YET, you do not pay for that audit. If you already paid, the full fee is refunded. This applies to the $49, $99, and $149 tiers. You keep the findings and the fix list.
If you cancel before delivery, you also get a full refund, whether or not I have started. I would rather return the fee than deliver work you no longer want.
4. What is not refundable
- A Google denial after a SEND IT decision. The decision is a judgment about readiness, not a guarantee of reinstatement.
- Changes you make after delivery. If the store is edited after the audit and the appeal no longer matches the evidence, the audit did its job on the version it saw.
- A decision not to submit. The work is delivered; what you do with it is yours.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges. These are always refunded — this bullet exists so nothing is hidden in a list.
5. How to ask
Email support@merchantfix.online with your order ID (for example, AL-3F9C2A71), the tier, and the reason. If the request is about a wrong fact, include the URL. I reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five business days, or as quickly as the payment provider allows.
You do not need to explain more than the reason above. I will not ask you to justify a late-delivery refund.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to your rights under applicable consumer law. It does not replace them. If a mandatory rule gives you a stronger remedy, the stronger rule applies.
7. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, email me first. I will answer in writing and, where the policy applies, refund it. A chargeback is a slower route to the same place.
